AXLE SHAFT ASSEMBLY – Removal & Installation – One Side
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.

Road test for power steering operation. Inspect system for leaks. Flush power steering lines, pump, rack and pinion, and or gear box with GENUINE power steering fluid. Install new power steering fluid . Road test vehicle. Required to maintain warranty

Oil pump seal job due to leaking, includes timing belt, water pump, hydraulic tensioner, drive belt and tensioner and re-sealing of the oil pan
Replace front brake pads with ceramic pads, replace front brake rotors due to uneven wear and close to minimum thickness
Replace left axle due to left outer cv joint wear and noise
Replace power steering pump due to leaking
Replace rear brake pads and rotors, remove protective material from rotors, clean and lubricate slider pins, install new ceramic brake pads and road test
Replace rear shock absorbers due to leaking
Replace right front wheel hub due to stripped studs
Road test and verify engine performance, transmission operation, and shift patterns. Flush transmission which includes: flushing of transmission cooler, cooler lines, valve body, and torque converter. Flush all contaminated fluid out and replace with genuine factory transmission fluid

Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
